My wife and I went to England in 2015, and spent two nights in Dartmoor National Park (in southwest England).  The moors there were magical and mystical.  I spent a day hiking through them taking pictures.  When I got home I was driven to paint from those pictures - it's almost all I painted for a while.  I still have more to create!

This is a cairn and cist near Hound Tor (shown in the background). The feeling I got while here was almost mystical, so I decided that a night-time rendition fit the mood.
